The City of Coppell has upgraded its enterprise software to provide increased security measures and better serve its customers. Utility customers who wish to pay their water bills online are required to reset their password. Review the password reset instructions (PDF). Due to this inconvenience, the City of Coppell will not charge utility customers late payment penalties during the month of September.
